The firm is the result of the merger of Ochieng’ Oduol & Co. Advocates with the firm of Onyango, Ohaga & Co. Advocates in May, 2002 and the subsequent merger with Kibet & Co. Advocates in September, 2002. In their own right, the three predecessor firms had grown steadily in both size and expertise so that in less than a decade they had established a formidable base in the echelons of legal practice in Kenya. OCHIENG’, ONYANGO, KIBET & OHAGA comprises six Partners, James Ochieng’ Oduol, Tom Odhiambo Onyango, Jinaro Kipkemoi Kibet, John Morris Ohaga, Eugene Nyamunga and Elias J. Masika. The firm also has five (5) Associates who together with the partners make a dedicated team within specialized practice groups to maximize the depth of knowledge across all areas.
